Refund and Returns Policy

The extensive information provided in the product page is meant to give you all the knowledge you need to make an informed buying decision.

Please don’t buy our products out of curiosity sake only. In such cases, you’re not only wasting your own valuable time, but ours, too.

Our methods and paradigm are absolutely different from established conventions, because we have found out that the outcome can only be changed if the methods and mindset are changed.

Only buy our products if you are absolutely sure that you need them. Read and reread the product description, and other relevant pages, until you fully understand what they’re for and how they can help you.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one for either of the following reasons:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time ( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received a defective, or wrong item, you can request for a refund, or a reshipment.
  • The defective, or wrong item, to be returned at your expense within the period of 1 week, must be unused, unaltered and undamaged.

IMPORTANT: All freebies are non-refundable due to the non-consummation of the sale. Non-refundable items include shipping plus customs’ charges, powerbank, and all other promotional items included in the package. Other charges, including but not limited to, administrative and technical evaluation, may apply.


  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of eClinik Healthcare (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), and;
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of eClinik Healthcare.

*You must submit your refund request within 7 days after the shipment has been received, or after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired, whichever comes first, and the item must be unused, unaltered and undamaged. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
